Elissa Gore is an escape artist. Paintings made on trips to Treadwell that she created over the past 30 years helped her to escape the reality of life in a dark, crowded NYC apartment. She goes outdoors to paint directly from nature as often as she can. She returns to the goat shed at Fisher’s Farm for the fourth summer to show her many sketches in watercolor, some mid-sized oils and affordable prints of her classic paintings of upstate.
Elissa Gore will display her paintings at the Fishers’ Barn, venue #9.
